Lasbela Welfare Trust takes another major step in public service

Lasbela Welfare Trust has achieved another significant milestone in its journey of public service by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the establishment of a Thalassemia Center and Blood Bank in Uthal.

The signing ceremony was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Uthal, and was attended by Deputy Commissioner Lasbela Ms. Humaira Baloch, District Health Officer Dr. Abdul Hameed Baloch, and Chairman of Lasbela Welfare Trust, Mr. Irfan Ramzan Jamot. Representing the Trust, Mr. Muhammad Ramzan Jamot and Mr. Muhammad Bakhsh Jamot were also present at the occasion.

Under this historic agreement, a Thalassemia Center and Blood Bank will be established in Lasbela district, providing life-saving medical services particularly to poor and deserving patients. This project is not only a major step forward in healthcare but also a remarkable example of humanitarian service.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Commissioner Ms. Humaira Baloch appreciated the efforts of Lasbela Welfare Trust and said:

Chairman of Lasbela Welfare Trust, Mr. Irfan Ramzan Jamot, stated:
